Justyna and Kamil’s Wedding… Absolutely a blast =D. Many little things made this day very special and unforgettable but his time we’re not going to focus on how cool the wedding party was or how gorgeous the weather turned out to be. Don’t get us wrong, wedding party, weather and everything else was perfect, but the person that truly deserves to be the highlight of this write up is… (drumroll), Grandma! We’re not joking when we say “Grandma Saved The Day” =). So what happened? Here we go.
The whole day was unfolding perfectly. Justyna and Kamil looked stunning that day and everything was going smooth and according to plan. Ceremony, formals, reception entrance, first dance. All flawless. It was late afternoon and the sun was slowly setting on the horizon when we decided to take our newlyweds for some more portraits just across the street from the venue. It was just great. Justyna and Kamil got to goof around a little in front of the camera and after a while we headed back to the venue. On our way back, maybe twenty feet away from the main entrance something terrible happened. Are you scared yet? =D. Our bride stepped on her dress and the dress ripped at the waist line… Maybe it wouldn’t be a huge deal if it happened on any other day but during the wedding day it might seem a little tragic , especially for the bride =). Justyna was a little upset but Kamil, Peter and I were able to calm her down and convince her that this was actually cool =D. Yeah, no idea what we were thinking but it worked. Sitting in the bridal room we were all quietly hoping that there is someone in the building that has a sewing kit and good skills. We didn’t have to wait long before Grandma showed up with all necessary tools and SAVED THE DAY! Justyna, Kamil once again congrats. Oh, and by the way, you know your Grandma ROCKS right? =D.
To all our future brides… Invest in a sewing kit because you never know when you’ll need it. Or better yet, we’ll get one and put it in our bag just in case you forget =D. Enjoy the pics!
